As a teacher can this count towards professional development?
The Bridging the Divide Conference is a meaningful learning opportunity that will be engaging and relevant to you and the children/students you are teaching now and intothe future. It will be packed with professional learning activities, from the keynotes to workshops to side events.
Much of this content will link to the APST, and therefore may be counted towards professional learning for registration purposes. In recording this conference as evidence of a professional learning activity, you will need to select the relevant APST for you. This will look different for each individual, and be determined by your own experience as a participant and your own professional growth as a teacher.
Participants are encouraged to check and confirm suitability with their relevant teacher regulatory authority. All participants will be provided with a certificate of attendance, including the total number of hours.
