Bridging the Divide Summit 2023

Scholarships

We value diversity and want to ensure that the BTDS2023 is an inclusive event.

To achieve this, we are offering a number of scholarships for people to attend to ensure the ticket cost isn’t a barrier for people getting involved.

In-person Scholarship

Attendance in-person to the summit in Melbourne Australia
Access to online sessions
Access to all summit session recordings after the event

Virtual Scholarship

Attendance online across both days of the summit
Access to all summit session recordings after the event

Representation

We offer scholarships to people from communities that we believe need to be represented at BTDS2023 including:

  • Young people aged 25 and under
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
  • People with disability
  • People from a migrant/refugee background
  • People who live in regional and rural areas
  • Unwaged activists

Regardless of this list, we encourage everyone who would like a scholarship to apply.

Criteria

People with a demonstrated interest, experience, and/or expertise in the field of education, who would otherwise be unable to attend the summit without the assistance of a scholarship.
