Contribute to a national summit

We are looking for a team of fantastic volunteers to help us deliver the Bridging the Divide Summit.

The Summit is a hybrid event, running on Monday 30 and Tuesday 31 October at Centrepiece at Melbourne Park, Australia and on a virtual event platform called Accelevents.

As a volunteer you will work within the Youth Development Australia team and will be responsible for helping to deliver the 2023 Bridging the Divide Summit.

What you get out of the role

  • The opportunity to impact and contribute to an event that addresses equity and equality in education for young people across the country.
  • Access to training and development in the event space.
  • Network and meet with a number of people working in the education and youth sector from across the country.
  • An opportunity to attend the summit when you are not carrying out volunteer tasks, your complimentary ticket will also include access to the summit recordings.

Commitment

  • x2 Training sessions, 1 hour each, held online

  • 2 Day Summit, Monday 30th – Tuesday 31st October, 2023
